Digital Marketing Director



Position Description:

Our Client is seeking a experienced digital marketing professional to lead a team in the building and execution of digital strategies to grow quality web traffic, online sales, and brand awareness within targeted market segments. Must be willing to not only lead a team, but also personally execute tactics as needed. Key responsibilities will include Search Engine Marketing (PPC/SEO), digital elements of Account Based Marketing, and the professional development of team members.








Job Responsibilities:

  Lead, develop, and grow digital marketing team

  Develop and execute Account Based Marketing strategies to grow sales within key target accounts

  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that maximize the customer lifetime value

  Develop and execute targeted Paid Search, Display, and Re-marketing strategies to optimize both results and spending

  Develop and execute strategies to improve SEO

  Collaborate with content and communications team to develop strategies that surround the customer with relevant, timely, and targeted information

  Analyze customer behavior to uncover insights and opportunities

  Measure and manage KPI performance and campaign performance

  Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business initiatives through digital marketing

  Collaborate globally with Japan HQ and other regional Business Units

  Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors

  Provide thought leadership and stay current with new digital marketing trends





Required Qualifications :

Must Have:


Account Based Marketing

Search Engine Marketing


Paid Social Marketing



Competency Requirements:

  BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred

  5 years of digital marketing experience

  3 years of people management experience

  Well experienced with Google Analytics and digital performance tracking

  Experienced executing Account Based Marketing

  Experienced leveraging CRM systems

  Experience with marketing automation systems

  Third-party vendor management

  Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills


  Intellectual curiosity

  B2B and/or industrial market experience a plus

  Some limited travel required
