Japanese Speaking Corporate Planning Analyst
Candidate for this position will assist and/or lead various projects related to both organic and inorganic growth of the company. It serves as a planning function and project manager for new organizational initiatives. Projects will include the development of strategies for multiple infrastructural platforms, alignment/rigorous negotiation for planning and direction with HQ, establishment of strategic partnerships, market assessments, and the achievement of key performance indicators and key success factors, such as cost, expense, and other business objectives.
Support strategic projects related to enforcement of business infrastructure, collaboration with group companies in US and international issues by cooperating with HQ in Japan, as Corporate Planning.
Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in Corporate Planning.
Forecast and track industry and trends, analyzing collected data.
Prepare reports of findings from the assigned task, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
Operation analysis, numerical analysis, consultation inter-departmentally with supervisors, managers and top level executives on problems, assist with identifying solutions with members of the team.
Develop and present findings, advise on solutions and appropriate courses of action, and assist with the implementation initiatives, follow up on progress, and overall completion and effectiveness of solution.

Excellent written & spoken Japanese.
Excellent written & spoken English.
Bachelor degree preferably in business or marketing.
At least 5 years’ job experience
Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and the others)
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Good interpersonal skill and strong analytical communication within the company.
Quantitative data analysis, problem solving, analytical modeling, and the ability to develop/analyze business cases.
Ability to research, identify, and diagnosis problems, and present information to management and top level executives.
A strategic mindset and drive for execution.
