Japanese Speaking Project Manager
Candidate for this position will assist various projects. It serves as a project management office function for the new directions of the company, and projects range from the development of strategies for multiple infrastructural platforms and market assessments, to the executions of all above initiatives.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:
quantitative data analysis, problem solving, the ability to develop/analyze business cases, information technology knowledge, research skills as well as professional communication skills to counsel and present information to management and top level executives, present implementable solutions and organize workflows, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to support and enable teamwork.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties to achieve team and project goals
Visualize and measure teams and projects performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Assist with the development of detailed project plans to track progress
Report and escalate issues and concerns to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive team and project documentation
Perform important administrative functions for the General manager and Project manager
Prepare reports of findings from the assigned task, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
Operation analysis, consultation inter-departmentally with supervisors, managers and top level executives on problems, assist with identifying solutions with members of the team.
Develop and present findings, advise on solution and appropriate courses of action, assist with the implementation initiative, and follow up on progress and ensure completion and effectiveness of solutions.
Travel to Dayton, OH when necessary (preferably stationed in Dayton for first two years)
Execute additional tasks as directed by the supervisor
Excellent written & spoken Japanese and English
Bachelor degree preferably in business or marketing.
At least 3 years’ job experience
Working experience related to business process re-engineering
Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and the others)
Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Good interpersonal skill within the company.
