Manager of Ecommerce - Japanese Speaking
The Manager of e-commerce will work with executive management in the leadership and development of our client's Global website. The primary objective will be to lead generation, new customer acquisition, and increased brand awareness. The Manager of e-commerce will be responsible for the overall management of the e-commerce team and WEB marketing team, website design and development, and vendor relationships; in addition to the planning and execution of marketing activities such as: web marketing, (targeting auto mail, SEO, CPC, etc.), and advertising campaigns, sales materials, and market research.
Lead HQ in the development and creation of a globally competitive website, helping to accomplish No.1 position in the industry’s global market.
Provide extensive knowledge of web marketing technologies, techniques, and best practices in creating a world class web presence.
Exercise leadership in the management of marketing specialists and product managers in the execution of website creation and marketing activities to accelerate business growth.
Design, develop, and implement web marketing strategies leading to the acquisition of new customers and the retention of existing customers, potentially using both up sell and cross sell measures.
Responsible for the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans including web marketing, print advertising, direct mail, trade shows, and seminars.
Web marketing responsibilities will include the management and maintenance of website content, execution of web specific campaigns, search engine optimization, monthly e-newsletter composition and distribution, and web banners.
Responsible for composing original content to promote automation components and the benefits of the business model.
Responsible for managing the activities of outside vendors, including advertising and PR agencies, Website hosting vendors, SEO consultants etc.
Responsible for generating market analysis and reports.
Any other job related duties and responsibilities that may be required from time to time.
B.S. or B.A. in Engineering or Marketing, plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Web marketing management role with a manufacturing organization or industrial products business-to-business marketing environment.
Must have marketing knowledge of SEO, CRM, behavioral targeting, etc.
Must have experience with Web system development.
Knowledge of the Factory Automation industry is preferred.
Experience with Internet marketing metrics; conversion rate, Website best practices.
Extensive knowledge and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access).
Extensive experience and knowledge of Website management, including Google Analytics, CMS systems, preferred.
Experience in deep learning is a plus
Strong analytical & presentation abilities. Must be strategic, high energy, technical, and an effective communicator.
Must demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm and leadership. Must be flexible, eager to learn and open to new ideas.
