Job Description :

Organizational Development Responsibilities:

·         Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders and employees

·         Talent acquisition strategy

·         Talent development through performance evaluation

·         Strategizing, developing and implementing efficiencies and best practices

·         Ensuring employees are meeting personal goals through mentoring and workplace evaluation

·         Workforce planning, succession planning, partnering with leadership on budget management

·         Performance management and performance evaluations

·         Employee relations investigations, serving as a point of contact for employee issues, questions or concerns regarding any workplace concerns

·         Developing and facilitating trainings

·         Partnering with HR vendors and third party relationships

·         Serving as the sole HR contributor onsite

Required Qualifications :

Organizational Development Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 5 years of HR experience

·         Bachelor Degree Required

·         Must be able and willing to develop and implement HR functions

·         Excellent leadership abilities

·         Excellent communication, verbal and written

·         Industry experience is not required

·         Must be comfortable being the sole HR practitioner and partnering with HR vendors and third party organizations
