Senior Marketing Manager role is responsible for both the communication strategy and overall brand strategy to drive brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and convert sales. Must be willing to personally execute at a tactical level as needed.  Responsibilities include brand management, content development, marketing automation, sales enablement, catalog/collateral development, trade shows, and the professional development of team members.


 



 



 



 



  Develop and execute consistent brand strategy


  Develop and launch channel content strategies


  Develop and execute Marketing Automation campaigns


  Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop strategies that surround the customer with relevant, timely, and targeted information


  Partner with customer insights team to understand customer needs and develop segment specific marketing strategies


  Lead the development and distribution of catalogs and collateral


  Lead the management and execution of tradeshows


  Lead the execution of mass media advertising


  Manage corporate relations and university program


  Manage social media engagement


  Measure and manage KPI performance and campaign performance


  Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic business initiatives


  Collaborate globally with other regional Business Units


  Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors


  Provide thought leadership and stay current with new marketing trends


 



 


 


Required Qualifications :

  BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred


  8-10 years of marketing experience


  5-8 years of people management experience


  Experience building brand strategies


  Experience building creative omni channel content strategies


  Experience managing Marketing Automation systems, i,e, Marketo


  Experience leveraging CRM systems


  Experience developing catalogs/collateral


  Experience managing tradeshows


  Third-party vendor management


  Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills


  Self-motivated


  Intellectual curiosity


  B2B and/or industrial market experience a plus


  Some limited travel required
