Search Engine Marketing and Optimization Specialist







Position Description:

This position will manage search engine marketing activities across multiple search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo), including Paid Search, Display, Remarketing, and SEO optimization. Responsibilities include campaign planning, budget management, performance review, and campaign optimization management. In addition, we are seeking a thought leader that will pursue new innovations and seek to improve overall marketing efforts.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of robust digital marketing strategies

  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns based on strategic objectives and through collaboration with key business partners

  • Actively monitor performance metrics to improve overall effectiveness and meet KPI goals

  • Leverage A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to improve quality and conversion rates

  • Build brand awareness/impressions within target segments

  • Manage the balance between CPC, impressions, and conversions to maximize overall business performance within allocated budget

  • Report on program effectiveness and educate internal stakeholders on all aspects of search engine marketing

  • Research and implement search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations in conjunction with e-Commerce team

·       Stay current with industry trends that could impact SEM

·       Regular reporting on performance metrics

·       Competitive monitoring



Required Qualifications :

Competency Requirements:

Must have expertise with Pay Per Click and Google Adwords and Account Based Marketing


·         BA in Marketing, Business, or related field

·         At least 2 years of experience in search engine marketing

·         Strong knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics

·         Self-motivated



·         Google Adwords and Google Analytics Professional Certification

·         Account Base Marketing experience

·         Social media experience

·       B2B and/or industrial market experience a plus

·       Third-party vendor management

·       Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
