Job Description :

The Territory Account Manager - Great Lakes, is responsible for contributing to sales growth of large enterprise and public sector business throughout the region through new customer acquisition, customer retention and growth opportunities with current customer base, as defined by a targeted list of accounts. The region is defined as Great Lakes, and includes: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. This is a regionally based, entry-level outside sales position and supports the Regional Account Manager. The TAM will be in contact daily with their Regional Account Manager and regional Sales Engineer team members, as well as current and prospective customers, creating, identifying, and managing opportunities and up-selling current accounts. This position will solicit new business opportunities in the Great Lakes territory market by direct outbound efforts and leveraging and supporting regional channel partner activities. The TAM will support all regional sales needs as outlined by the Regional Account Manager and VP Sales, and will work closely with the entire organization and channel partner ecosystem to drive growth in the market.


Required Qualifications :

Requirements: 



  • Cellular, Wireless, Cloud and/or SDN fluency is a plus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across an organization

  • Must have strong presentation and communication skills

  • Highly coachable and adaptable

  • Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed

  • Should live in the Great Lakes region - ideal location being Michigan


 


Qualifications: 



  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the networking Industry

  • College degree required
