Job Description :

As Analyst & PC Support, the candidate will be responsible for providing 1-2 tier end user support for internal issues relating to computer systems, hardware and software, will help manage back-end systems, and will deploy software and hardware upgrades.

Essential Functions:



    • Support help desk across multiple applications, operating systems, and hardware platforms

    • Make appropriate decisions based on the information collected for effective problem resolution

    • Administer Active Directory user accounts and groups

    • Deploy and troubleshoot end-user equipment – including computers, mobile and desk phones, scanners and printers

    • Administer File Shares – permissions and server hardware

    • Deploy and troubleshoot server systems

    • Document internal configurations and procedures



Required Qualifications :

Requirements:



  • Experience with Microsoft PC and server operating systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, networking

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Any technical certification a plus

  • 1-2 years relevant experience

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Good oral and written communication skills
