Job Description :

The HRIS Data Analyst will recommend and develop firmwide human resources processes/procedures to improve and ensure data accuracy within all HR software solutions (PeopleSoft, Applicant Management, Legal Recruiting, Performance Management, Electronic Personnel files, Time & Attendance, Leave tracking, etc.). S/he will develop analysis and reporting capabilities and conduct regular audits. S/he will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.


 


 


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Develop processes/procedures to review and maintain HR data integrity by ensuring accuracy and consistency in approach of input data and data audits; troubleshoot irregularities

  • Maintain HR data tools, reporting schedule and dashboards

  • Partner with HR teams to establish firmwide processes for managing data

  • Assist in the management and audit of recruiting data, internet research projects and other assigned projects to ensure firmwide consistency to meet compliance with regulatory regulations and reporting

  • Work with HR colleagues to prioritize business and information audit and reporting needs; provide reports identified for regular distribution

  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques; present results with recommendations for process and procedural changes

  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets; provide quarterly trends reports to leadership

  • Work with business owners and stewards of data to assist in establishing appropriate quality assurance processes

  • Analyze and document requirements for new reporting and data delivery solutions. Document existing processes and make recommendations to improve data quality and delivery. Review requirements and design documentation with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off on proposals

  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad-hoc basis by gathering, analyzing and reporting relevant data from various sources

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned


Required Qualifications :

Required:



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources role with a compliance, data analytics, and/or process analyst focus

  • Proven strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with detail and accuracy

  • Experience identifying issues and recommending solutions with processes and procedures

  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings to develop solutions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint


Preferred:



  • PHR certification

  • Experience with HR solutions
