Job Description :

 We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple development projects from inception to deployment. The right candidate will facilitate communication between groups, drive timelines, and hold themselves and employees accountable, in order to achieve successful and timely project completion.


Primary Responsibilities include:



  • Collaborating with various trading desks to define requirements

  • Collaborating and coordinating with technology groups to outline project scope, prioritize needs, and drive consensus on a path forward

  • Creating detailed work plans for development, testing and production roll-out

  • Managing the overall portfolio of technology projects, which includes re-prioritization of needs, anticipating unexpected issues and roadblocks, and providing solutions to meet deadlines and deliver milestones in a timely manner

  • Communicating estimates, timelines, progress, and risks to relevant business groups and leadership

  • Evaluating exchange/vendor changes and the impact on internal systems

  • Analyzing system and process changes needed to support new business opportunities (e.g., market and/or asset class expansion)



Required Qualifications :

Skills and Experience:



  • At least 5+ years’ experience of project or program management; financial trading/fintech industry experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technical field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work both independently and with multiple groups at all levels of the firm

  • Demonstrated ability to see the “big picture”, anticipate unexpected issues, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and people skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels within the firm, as well as external vendors
