Technical Support Analyst
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the Milwaukee team in our Third Ward office!
What we're looking for:
A motivated Technical Support Analyst with experience in troubleshooting customer issues. You will work with the Customer Support and Quality Assurance team to reproduce customer issues, identify bugs, and provide solutions. You value quality, take feedback well, and are self-motivated with a growth mindset. You are excited to take on new challenges, troubleshoot complicated technical issues, and learn the ins and outs of how an application works.
What will you support?
Our team builds the platform that runs one of the largest live-cam streaming sites in the world. We handle tens of millions of transactions each day and are continuing to grow at a fast pace. You'll be providing technical support for the broadcasters, affiliates and users of the platform.
We use the latest technology and continuously create original content. We are passionate about building great products and value curiosity and initiative. - Work with customers to solve their challenging technical problems on our web application including browser issues, Internet connectivity and light mobile and desktop related troubleshooting
- Bridge the development and customer support teams by identifying trends and reporting application issues
- Reproduce customer issues and create detailed bug reports
- Be an advocate for our customers
